Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. It is daughter to Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist who is a half-Spanish an English-speaking woman. Their father is Argentine with Scottish and English descendance. Her mother is of Spanish origin. Taylor-Joy, who is the youngest of five children. Four are the result of a previous marriage to Taylor's father. The family she grew up with was living in Buenos Aires from the time she was 6 years old before they relocated to Victoria, London. Taylor-Joy admitted that it was an emotional move and she refused to learn English since she was hoping to come back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she had to attend following her departure from Northlands. Later, she enrolled in Queen's Gate School to study ballet and act in the school's productions. She quit high school when she was 16 in order in order to concentrate on her acting career. At a very young age, Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to work as an actress. her dream came true when she received an opportunity to model by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
