Harry Edward Styles, known as Harry Styles in the world of pop music. as Harry Styles, is a British musician and singer who is regarded as one of the members of the group One Direction. He is the son of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was born on January 1st 1994 in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School. In the school, three classmates of his created a band known as White Eskimo. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they won. While he has always been keen on music, in spite of his interest he was also looking at becoming a lawyer as well as a physical therapist. For a while he worked for a short time in a baker's shop within his town and hoped to assist economically at home. For the year 2010 Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. The reason for this is that his group broke up. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles to become part of a new band, One Direction. The Other members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of this group, which was formed in the year 2010. The group sang songs such as My Life Would Suffer Without You The song was composed by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the contest. They were one of the contenders for the top prize. The group was in third place, just behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell nevertheless paid 2 million dollars to One Direction for them to conclude a partnership with Syco.
